On Saturday March 6th, 2003, over 50,000 will come
together for the 6th annual Ultra Music Festival in beautiful Miami,
Florida. This year Ultra is proud to announce its association
with the Winter Music Conference as the official opening festival and
will take place once again outdoors at Bayfront Park- Miami
Florida! Ultra has become Internationally known as one of the
biggest musical showcases of Electronic music in America. Each
year, more and more industry elite and music lovers attend Ultra and
past years have seen attendances grow from 17K in 2000 to 40K in
2003! This year will be no exception and will be the biggest year
to date with a line-up that will be second to none.
Ultra also has been recognized as one of the leaders in showcasing
not only the best talent, but the best new technology and products,
from Sound and lights to amazing Video and laser shows. Last
year's Ultra blew away a sold out crowd with one of the most amazing
LED video shows ever! Imagine Underworld performing in front of
thousands with a massive 40 foot LED video wall as the backdrop- that
was the site of last years Ultra experience! This is Ultra...and
Ultra has been nominated 2 years in a row in the best event category at
the International Dancestar Music awards, which takes place each year
during the WMC. We expect to be nominated again this year.
