THE STORY UNFOLDS…
Since the beginning, Cyberfest has brought together hundreds of thousands for over a decade educating the old and the new on new music and taking all of you thrill-seekers through the art of music and dance…the first Cyberfest took place outdoors in China Basin, San Francisco and saw 18,000 of us come together in the hot summer of Nineteen ninety one for the first event of its kind in the States and making SF history...It was such an incredible day and night, and many of us still can remember seeing the flying trapeze from highway 280, lights blasting into the SF skies and DJ Dan playing his biggest festival date and one that would help cast him into the superstar DJ arena. Since then Cyberfest has consistently grown taking the vision and the dream of all of the attendees and Coolworld to the next level. Cyberfest nineteen ninety nine made history as the biggest dance festival at the time in America, as 30,000 of us came together and the Chemical brothers played there first US dance and music festival and Goldie and KRS One rocked the stage together taking us on a musical high that none of us would soon forget. BT also left us wanting more with a high powered live set. The year Two thousand, the New Millenium marked the first year that Cyberfest hit both the West and the East Coast (California & Florida) taking over 70,000 of you music lovers on a nonstop voyage through the future of music. The California date hit the scorching hot City of Fresno being named by the Fresno Bee Newspaper as the biggest festival to ever hit the Hot Central California City and the beginning of a new era of music. This was also the first US festival appearance for superstar DJ's, Paul Oakenfold and Carl Cox along with over 100 other superstars. The Florida Cyberfest date became the biggest dance and music festival in Florida's history with close to 25,000 of us coming together and the weather was so hot that many of us came out in shorts and bikinis. Old school veterans Run DMC brought the skies down showing that they have not slowed down one bit and Carl Cox left us mesmerized with his turntable skills! Ultra 4, recently broke Cyberfest's record for attendance in Florida this year, with over 30,000 coming out…

So many memories forged…so many hours danced…so much music absorbed…so many new superstars created, we lived for the experience and we cheered with the joys of all of us uniting as one, can you still feel the energy, it has been an amazing decade of music and culture!! This is it!! Cyberfest it's a part of your history and it's a part of music history for the rest of our lives…Cyberfest past, present and future takes us through the joys, the passion, the dreams, the challenges, the lives, the friendships, the music, the future, and the eternal voice and spirit of all of us that stand for the Constitutional rights of music and to gather! Last year only about 20,000 of you were able to make it to the Sold-out San Francisco date and those that were lucky enough to get tickets witnessed the years best event…we took the roof off the Cow Palace, 12 nonstop hours of music with the World's best DJ's and artists including amazing performances by The Crystal Method, Christohper Lawrence, DJ Skribble, Planet B, Kevens, Diesel Boy, Bizz, Dyloot and so many others. We all left the event cheering all the way back to our cars and into our spirits forever...

Cyberfest has changed our lives forever and nothing can prepare you for what the future has in store for us as we take you to the NEXT FRONTIER...Are You ready? Coolworld announces plans for this years annual CYBERFEST FESTIVAL SERIES, America's premiere dance & music festival. All the details are being put together now for this years event and it's going to be incredible!! With the amazing success of the Ultra festival in Miami, which drew thousands this year, Coolworld expects this to be the best year yet, so expect the unexpected and plan to be excited, because its time again for another 13 hour musical marathon where you will dance your butts off to the Planets most amazing music. Over 100 superstars artists and DJ's uniting with thousands of superstar dance faithfuls at each date for an incredible, Hot, energy filled day!...
Cyberfest dates have already been secured for this years festival, San Francisco in August and Miami in November …more dates and locations to be announced…

Last years Cyberfest in San Francisco sold-out in advance with close to 20,000 in attendance and turning away another 10,000 at the door.
